Description

Guaiacol, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, 30%), Sodium acetate (NaCH3COO), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) and Tris-HCl were all obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Chemie GmbH Steinheim, Germany. The present study used zeferan, a local peach variety occurring in Iğdır central Melekli neighbourhood was used as the source of peroxidase enzyme. The Zeferan peach was collected in september and preserved at -20 °C.
