The Discouragement of Elementary Mathematics: In General Education at Oxford, Considered in a Letter to the Rev. The Vice-Chancellor
Thomas Dyke Acland
It is with no little diffidence that I forward this Letter, which you have kindly allowed me to address to you. I am aware of the disadvantage under which anyone labours, who, not being familiar with the daily working of a system, comments on its details; and of the risk which he runs, if he not only points out apparent defects, but also suggests remedies.

TEACHERS’ NONVERBAL BEHAVIOR IN REPAIR INITIATION: LEANING FORWARD AND CUPPING THE HAND BEHIND THE EAR
Cihat Atar, Steve Walsh, and Paul Seedhouse
This study set out to investigate how leaning forward and cupping the hand behind the ear contribute to repair initiation in an English as a second language context depending on the doctorate thesis by Atar.
Conversation Analysis was utilized, and the emic perspective was implemented by focusing on how the interlocutors oriented to the phenomenon. The analysis has shown that leaning forward can itself initiate repair without any verbal prompts, which is a rare observation in the literature. The fact that it makes a self-initiation of repair by the students relevant indicates that they are understood as a repair initiation by the students. In this sense, it is argued here that the two nonverbal phenomena in this study have a systematic organization (as an action and sequentially), and they were oriented to in this way by the interlocutors

Edward Wilmot Blyden
A college in West Africa, for the education of African youth by African instructors, under a Christian government conducted by Negroes, is something so unique in the history on Christian civilization, that wherever, in the civilized world, the intelligence of the existence of such an institution is carriage there will be curiosity if not anxiety as to its character, its work, and its prospects. A college suited in all respects to the exigencies of this nation and to the needs of the race cannot come into existence all at once. It must be the result of years of experience, of trial, of experiment
In this context, the importance of open and distance education applications aiming to provide various educational options and to create different learning environments for individuals with different interests, needs, individual abilities, ages, educational levels, geographical and economic conditions, or educational disabilities for any reason increases.
In this context, it is understood that the content of the lessons is given faster in private schools and therefore the content given in eba or trt tv is given in advance in the private schools that are more advanced in terms of the acquisition. In this context, parents with synchronization problems tend to other channels.

In this section, we will try to look from different perspectives on validity by taking into account the studies and conceptual debates on validity from past to present in the light of positivist and post-positivistic paradigms. We will try to shape our predictions for the future on the universal knowledge that the history of science has presented to us. In other words, this section, in which we try to reach the roots rather than get lost in the branches of the tree, is the logbook of a journey on the philosophical foundations of measurement.

The studies examined in this research, doctoral theses, master theses, and the main subject of education and individual differences are limited to the sources and data reviews. In this sense, more comprehensive and detailed content analysis can be made for individual differences. In this sense, broader and more detailed content analysis could be made regarding individual differences. In the studies reviewed, the suggestions variable was not included in the current study since it was not available in every study and was not generalizable. It was revealed that the effects of individual differences in students' attitudes and achievements in the learning process have a positive meaning. This finding is important data for us to see the importance of the subject. Therefore, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed studies and quasi-experimental studies could be done in this field. The findings examined from the research results show that individuals have significant individual differences in learning characteristics. Traditional methods do not provide equal benefits for all individuals. Individual differences, quantity and quality problems in learning, the structure of teaching materials, the impossibility of having a mental knowledge level, and similar reasons require education according to the individual and his/her needs.

The obtained results in this study clearly indicates the enhancing effect of polymer coating on hyperthermia efficiency. In a very recent study, the efficiency of the niclosamide-loaded hyperbranched polymerfunctionalized magnetic nanoparticles on mediated hyperthermia and niclosamide (an anticancer drug) bimodel therapy were investigated . The results in this study indicated that polymerfunctionalized nanoparticles showed sufficient temperature gain for magnetic hyperthermia.
